Privacy Policy
How Fundamentum LLC collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website.
1. Introduction
Fundamentum LLC ("Fundamentum," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website (fundamentumllc.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies only to our website — it does not govern the separate terms of any consulting engagement, which are addressed in a signed agreement between Fundamentum and the client.
2. Information We Collect
We do not currently use contact forms on this website. Information we may receive includes:
- Information you provide directly — if you email or call us, or schedule a consultation through our booking tool, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Scheduling information — if you book a consultation, that scheduling is handled through Microsoft Bookings, a third-party service. Information you enter there is subject to Microsoft's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.
- Automatically collected information — like most websites, ours may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Squarespace's built-in analytics) that collect general, non-identifying information about site visits, such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location. We do not currently use this data to identify individual visitors.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage consultations, and understand general website usage so we can improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Squarespace and uses Microsoft Bookings for scheduling. Both are independent companies with their own privacy policies governing information processed through their platforms. We encourage you to review Squarespace's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement for more detail.
5. Cookies
Our website may use cookies — small data files stored on your device — to support basic site functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some website functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain information you provide only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage our client relationship, or comply with legal and business recordkeeping obligations.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
8. Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
