As Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Fundamentum, Aidan Williams is a seasoned leader in operational strategy, process optimization, and organizational excellence. With extensive experience across SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Construction Development, and Pharmaceutical industries, Aidan has built a career at the intersection of operational innovation and client success. 

Aidan began his professional journey at a SaaS startup in the energy sector, where he served as an operations analyst. He led initiatives to streamline contract management, digitizing legal agreements for cloud integration and managing their lifecycle for major clients like Constellation and NRG. His efforts in customer relations, alongside precise inventory and data analysis, drove significant improvements in operational efficiency and client delivery. 

Aidan also runs a swimming pool service company he founded over six years ago. He manages all aspects, including marketing, sales, operational management, and customer relations, operating the business independently. Since its inception, the company has generated over $125,000 in revenue and continues to deliver consistent results, demonstrating his ability to build scalable systems and foster client trust.  

Leveraging his entrepreneurial and operational expertise, Aidan is launching Fundamentum to drive transformative outcomes. Currently, at a leading tax and advisory firm, he excels in the IT Risk, Data Privacy, and Security team, serving as the lead project manager and primary client contact. He scopes engagements, delivers tailored risk solutions, and standardizes client operations to enhance efficiency and compliance. Aidan’s approach emphasizes proactive problem-solving and scalable systems, ensuring client success across diverse sectors. His ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements has strengthened client outcomes. 

Aidan remains deeply committed to building sustainable operational systems, integrating technology effectively, and designing processes that empower both teams and clients through Fundamentum. 

Director of Learning

James Williams is the Co-Founder of Fundamentum and a seasoned leader in learning strategy, organizational development, and talent transformation. With over 30 years of experience across education, government, healthcare, and the private sector, James has built a career at the intersection of learning innovation and operational excellence.

James began his professional journey in public education, where he served as both a classroom educator and a building-level administrator. In this capacity, he led over 130 full-time employees and 45 part-time staff, overseeing a $200,000 operational budget. His leadership was marked by a commitment to educator development, student success, and scalable systems for school improvement.

He has since held senior roles in the federal and healthcare sectors, including as Senior Instructional Systems Designer for the U.S. Department of State and Curriculum Manager for the U.S. Department of Defense. In these roles, James has developed and managed enterprise-level learning initiatives supporting diplomatic readiness, defense training pipelines, and healthcare workforce development. His work is grounded in a deep command of both the A.D.D.I.E. framework as well as SAM, instructional systems design (ISD), adult learning theory, UX design, and data-driven learning architecture.

At Fundamentum, James leads with a clear commitment to advancing leadership capability, optimizing workforce performance, and aligning learning with mission-critical outcomes. He remains deeply dedicated to building sustainable learning systems, integrating technology effectively, and designing development pathways that empower both individuals and institutions.

Medical Education & Tactical Medical Response Consultant

With over 15 years of frontline experience as an EMT-Paramedic in New York—and still actively serving as a 911 Paramedic in the state—Dr. Williams brings an unmatched level of operational and clinical expertise to the development of high-impact medical education, clinical analysis, and simulation-based training for high-risk operational environments.

A partial scholarship recipient under an EMS academic merit award, Dr. Williams earned a Medical Doctorate in 2019. During medical school, he held several leadership positions including Vice President for Clinical Skills in the Emergency Interest Group, co-creator of the ERT medic training program, President of the campus Emergency Response Team, and Lead ALS provider for the university’s on-campus emergency medical services.

Following graduation, Dr. Williams completed residency training at NY Health and Hospital Queens New York and was appointed Chief Resident in 2023. Additionally, Dr. Williams holds a post-doctoral certificate in Clinician Education from the prestigious Harvard Macy Institute, completed in 2021.

Currently practicing as a Nocturnist and Emergency Department Attending Physician across multiple facilities in the United States, Dr. Williams maintains active roles in both prehospital and hospital-based emergency care. This dual perspective supports the design of integrated, reality-based curricula for tactical medical teams, emergency responders, and mission-critical operators.

Certified in ATLS, ALS , PALS, and NRP, Dr. Williams combines clinical excellence with advanced tactical capability. He is a graduate of the Elite Executive Protection Program from the Israeli Tactical School and has also completed TCSM, Counter-Surveillance, and Private Investigation training through Lasorsa and Associates Executive Protection Training Institute.
